The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £140/$210 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £85/$110. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. Property Protection Fee of £34/$54 to be applied to each booking.
